CON LA RUEDA MEDICINAL
(TRADICIÓN LAKOTA
DE NORTEAMÉRICA)
El
círculo de piedras es el templo más antiguo de la humanidad. Existen círculos
sagrados de piedras por toda América y en muchas otras partes del planeta
(como, por ejemplo, el famoso Stonehenge en Inglaterra).
Los
Nativos Americanos vienen utilizando desde tiempos ancestrales la Rueda
Medicinal como una auténtica filosofía de vida. En esta concepción holística,
la Rueda Medicinal Lakota es la enseñanza de la vida en círculo, la enseñanza
de la vida en equilibrio, primero con uno mismo y luego con el resto del
Universo. Cuando se construye una Rueda Medicinal se crea un espacio sagrado
que conecta el Cielo con la Tierra y crea un centro de armonía que se expande,
sanando al que entra en él y a todo lo que lo rodea. Así pues, ese trocito de la Madre Tierra se
convierte en un lugar de trabajo interior, de rezo, de petición de ayuda, de
encuentro con la Madre Tierra y el Gran Espíritu, con el silencio y la
reconexión con uno mismo y el Universo.
La
Rueda Medicinal nos enseña a ver qué parte de nosotros no está en armonía, nos
ayuda a escucharnos y a sentir cómo estamos realmente y a conectarnos con
el Espíritu.
La
Rueda Medicinal Lakota se compone de dos Ruedas, una interna y otra externa. La
Rueda interna a su vez comprende la Rueda Humana (representada a través de las
cuatro piedras de los puntos cardinales) y la Rueda de la Tierra (representada
a través de las cuatro piedras anteriores más las de los puntos intermedios). La
Rueda externa es la Rueda Universal, lugar donde se encuentran los Espíritus,
Diosas y Dioses Universales y otros Seres de Luz que protegen y fortalecen a la
Rueda de la Tierra.
En
el centro se encuentra el Chinupa, el árbol bifurcado que trae la energía del
Cielo a la Tierra, el Árbol del Fuego de la Vida de los Niños. En la Rueda
Medicinal, los niños están en el Centro de la Rueda: ellos son lo más
importante y todo se hace pensando en las próximas siete generaciones.
En
estos momentos hay en la península tres Ruedas Medicinales Lakota, una en
Cartagena, otra en Murcia y otra en Jávea. En Canarias existen varias de ellas
puesto que mi maestra Alicia Hamm, que ha traído esta tradición de sus maestros
Lakotas, vive allí. Por último decir que en nuestro país también se han creado
otras Ruedas Medicinales que vienen de otras tradiciones indígenas (por ejemplo
del pueblo Hopi) y con las que se trabaja de manera un poco diferente.

EXPERIENCIA PERSONAL DE PARTICIPANTES DEL TALLER
Rueda Medicinal de los indios Lakota ... el nombre en sí ya es
sugerente, pero la experiencia de crear la rueda fué algo único y Magico
! Desde que empezó el taller . Mi experiencia en todo el proceso, fué
de percibir como estaban presentes y deseosos de que esa rueda fuese
creada, nuestros ancestros y Seres de Luz que nos acompañaron en el
taller ...sobre todo en la " activación " cuando con sonido de tambores,
con olor a salvia ... inmersos en el ritual de iniciación de la rueda
medicinal ... Se percibía el Poder de la Rueda Medicinal según la
tradición de los Indios Lakota ...
Cuando entré para hacer un trabajo personal por
primera vez ... sentí cosas muy potentes ... hasta me empezaron a
temblar las piernas con la energía que se propicia dentro de la rueda
... tras un trabajo conmigo mismo en el que pude recibir mensajes muy
claros y concretos ... Al salir de la Rueda en mi primera experiencia
... me quedé mirandola desde fuera ... cuando de repente... pude ver ...
las energías que forman la Rueda, como hablaban entre ellos ...
Es un trabajo personal ... en el cual al menos durante un año,
trabajas tu parte Niñ@ ... Masculina ... Femenina ... y tu Alma ...
Si
esa fué la primera experiencia ... Wow ... Que trabajo más bello me
espera !! Gracias Beatriz por facilitarnos esta posibilidad de Sanar ...
y de vivir en equilibrio ... Un fuerte Abrazo !

El taller que compartimos con Beatriz Fesser de la Rueda Medicinal fue totalmente magico.En un entorno excepcional, lleno de exuberante vegetación y agua por todas partes, un pequeño "Jardin del Eden".Fue un dia muy intenso, cargado de maravillosos recuerdos, conectados permanentemente e intuitivamente con la madre tierra.Los paseos, el dialogo con las piedras, el trabajo en grupo, todo fue creando una apertura mental, favoreciendo la conexion con uno mismo.Tuve el honor de poder ser el primero en entrar en la Rueda y el fruto del trabajo de todo ese fin de semana pudo florecer en ese momento. Muchas gracias Beatriz por tu entrega y dedicacion a todo el grupo, por compartir tu sabiduria. Recibe un fuerte abrazo.

LEARNING TO LIVE WITH THE MEDICINE WHEEL
(LAKOTA TRADITION OF NORTH AMERICA)
The stone circle is the oldest temple of humanity. There are sacred stone circles throughout America and in many other parts of the world (for example, the famous Stonehenge in England).
Native Americans have been used the Medicine Wheel since ancient times as a true philosophy of life. In this holistic approach, the Lakota Medicine Wheel is teaching life as a circle, the teaching of life in balance, first with yourself and then with the rest of the Universe. When building a Medicine Wheel it creates a sacred space that connects Heaven to the Earth and make a harmonic center that spreads, healing anyone that goes into it and everything around it. So that piece of Mother Earth becomes an indoor workplace, prayer, request help, meeting with Mother Earth and the Great Spirit, with silence and reconnecting with yourself and the Universe.
The Medicine Wheel show us which part of us are not in harmony, help us to to listen to ourselves, to really feel how we are and connect with the Spirit.
The Lakota Medicine Wheel is composed of two wheels, one internal and one external. The inner wheel comprises the Human Wheel (represented by the four cardinal points stones) and Earth Wheel (represented by the four previous stones over the intermediate points). The outer wheel is the Universal Wheel , where they are the Spirits, Goddesses and Gods and other Beings of Light that protect and strengthen the Earth Wheel.
In the centre is the Chinupa, forked tree that brings the power of Heaven to Earth, the Fire Tree of Life of Children. In the Medicine Wheel, the children are at the centre of the wheel: they are the most important thing and everything is done thinking about the next seven generations.
There are currently three Lakota Medicine Wheels in Spain mainland, one in Cartagena, another in Murcia and another one in Jávea. In the Canary Islands there are several of them because my teacher Alicia Hamm lives there, who has brought this tradition from his Lakota teachers ,. Finally say that in our country have also been created other Medicine Wheels coming from other indigenous traditions (eg the Hopi people) and which works a little differently.

PERSONAL EXPERIENCE FROM A WORKSHOP PARTICIPANT OF THE LAKOTA MEDICINE WHEEL
Lakota Medicine WheeL... the name in itself is suggestive, but the experience of creating the wheel was something unique and magical! Since starting the workshop. My experience in the whole process, was to perceive how our ancestors and Light Beings (who were with us in the workshop) were present and eager for the wheel to be created,... especially in the "iniciation" time with the sound of drums, sage-scented ... involved in the initiation ritual of the medicine wheel ... We could perceived the Power of the Medicine Wheel in the tradition of the Lakota Indians ...
When I went into de Medicine Wheel for the first time to do the personal work ... I felt very powerful things ... Even my legs began to shake with the energy there is inside the wheel ... after a work with myself where I was able to receive very clear and specific messages ... Upon leaving the wheel on my first experience ... I stared from outside ... when suddenly ... I saw ... energies that where forming the wheel, and talked among themselves ...
It is a personal work ... wherein at least one year, you work with your inner Child ... Man ... Woman ... and your Soul ...
If that was the first experience ... Wow ... What a beautiful work is waiting for me! Thank you Beatriz for providing us with this opportunity to heal ... and live in balance ... A big hug!

The workshop we share with Beatriz Fesser of the Medicine Wheel was totally magic. In an exceptional environment full of lush vegetation and water everywhere, a little "Garden of Eden". Was a very intense day, full of wonderful memories, connected permanently and intuitively with the Mother Earth.The walks, the stone's dialogue, group work... it was creating an open mind, helping the connection with oneself.I had the honor of being the first to enter the Wheel and the fruit of all that weekend could flourish at that time.
